Get Your Frio On offers you a convenient method of reserving our vacation home just a ½ mile from the Frio River. To provide a personalized approach to doing business, we require our guests to make reservations by phone. This gives us the ability to better understand your needs and ensure accuracy of the dates you are reserving. A confirmation will be sent to you via email once your reservation has been made.

HOME:
Peak Season: May 15 thru September 15 (3 night minimum) = $600 per night
WITH POOL:
SPECIAL WINTER: September 16 thru Feb 28 = $400 per night
Off Season: March 1 thru May 14 = $500.00 per night
Holidays during the off season -
Spring Break, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas

RV Site Rates:

Extra People: $5.00 – per person per night

RV Rules:
- All Guest must register upon Arrival
- Rate includes 4 guest per site 1 RV Unit and 2 Vehicle
- Max 8 guests per site @ any time Additional Charges Apply
- Pets Allowed – 2 pets per site
- 1 Additional Vehicle allowed per site per day
- Check in time 3:00pm – Check out time 11:00am
Rental prices are subject to change; however, your reservation rate will not ever exceed the amount confirmed. In some cases, if the rate is lowered, your rate will be adjusted accordingly.
Deposits:
- 1 night’s deposit for 1-3 nights rental; 2 night’s deposit for 4-6 nights rental; 3 night’s deposit for 7+ nights rental - HOUSE.
- ½ of the balance of the RV site rental for deposit – RV Sites.
- Deposits made by credit card will be charged at the time of the reservation
Cancellations
- Please understand that we are not responsible for weather conditions, the water level/flow of the FRIO RIVER, or personal family/friends’ illnesses.
- All cancellations require 100% forfeiture of the deposit.
- Cancellations received less than 30 days before the arrival date will be required to pay 100% of the total reservation rental fee.
- Cancellations received 31-45 days before the arrival date will be required to pay 50% of the total reservation rental fee.
- Unusual and/or extenuating circumstances may be dealt with on a case by case basis at the discretion of GET YOUR FRIO ON.
To reduce the number of days reserved requires 180 days’ notice, prior to your original arrival date.

Balance Due
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2019, GET YOUR FRIO ON, will no long accept personal checks.
A few guests and their tricks have made it hard for the rest of us. Appreciate your understanding & cooperation.
Payments will be made by credit card; certified bank check; or money order. There is a limit of 2 credit cards per reservation. This policy has been in effect since 2019.
Reminder: Payment in full 30 days prior to arrival as noted on your confirmation.
If you have several families paying for the rental home, they can send certified bank check or money order for their part. Another solution is to have them give you money and you pay with your credit card. Payments are mailed to: Get Your Frio On, P O Box 172, Concan, TX 78838
Responsible Party (HOUSE):
- NOTE: THE PERSON THAT IS BOOKING AND RESPONSABLE MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER! This information is located on our Policies & Procedures shown below – effective date 1/1/19.
- The responsible party securing the reservation must be 25 years of age and will be required to stay at the home during the entire reservation period. No exceptions. Please be prepared to provide driver’s license at check in.
- The responsible party is the individual making the reservation and becomes the responsible party for the reservation and also for all other guests included in the rental of the home. There will be no refund for early departures under no circumstances.
- You are responsible for the number of days you reserved with no exceptions. It is your obligation to double check your reservation dates.
Responsible Party (RV SITES):
- NOTE: THE PERSON THAT IS BOOKING AND RESPONSABLE MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER! This information is located on our Policies & Procedures shown below – effective date 1/1/19.
- The responsible party securing the reservation must be 21 years of age and will be required to stay at on property during the entire reservation period. No exceptions. Please be prepared to provide driver’s license at check in.
- The responsible party is the individual making the reservation and becomes the responsible party for the reservation and also for all other guests included in the rental RV site. There will be no refund for early departures under no circumstances.
- You are responsible for the number of days you reserved with no exceptions. It is your obligation to double check your reservation dates.
Check In & Check Out (HOUSE & RV Sites)
- Check in will be at 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. on your scheduled arrival date. Early check in is possible if the house is ready. (We know you will be excited to begin your vacation and your patience is appreciated. DUE TO COVID-19 - We cannot guarantee that your property will be ready before this time. Our housekeeping teams do their best each day to get everything ready for your stay.)
- Check out will be at 11:00 a.m. on your scheduled departure date.(We know it is hard to leave, but because we have limited time to prepare each property for the new check-ins, please be packed up and loaded out by 11:00 AM sharp. If you fail to meet this time, we will be forced to charge a late check-out fee.)
- Late arrival (after 7:00pm) – guests will find a packet of information of their rental site or house in the area designated for late arrivals at the office. A map/ and or key to your vacation spot/house will be included in the packet along with other materials. All guests arriving after hours must return to the office between 9:30am– 10:30am the next day to sign the “Policy & Procedures” that is kept on file during your stay.
Pet Policy (House):
Due to past guest and their pets I am sorry to inform you, but pets are not allowed in the house. Violation of this policy will result in an automatic $100 charge to the credit card on file. The owner/owners of the pet will be asked to vacate the property with no refund. Any damage to the property, furniture, etc. will be charge to the card.
Pet Policy (RV SITES):
All RV sites are pet friendly as long as it is not a mean breed. He/she must remain on a leash at all times while on the property. It is preferred that he/she hang out in the RVs while you are gone. Please be respectful and clean up after your pets. As we have other campers coming in after you.
Miscellaneous (House):
- We Do not provide linens and towels, (Please provide your own linens and towels) but are available, for additional cost $10.00 per towel per person and wash clothes $5.00. Sheets (Twin $10.00 – 1 person; Full, Queen, & King sheet sets $20.00 – 2 people).
- DUE TO COVID-19: we will be providing only 2 rolls per stay of Toilet paper, but we do not provide bath soaps, shampoo or laundry soap.
- We will be providing coffee filters and trash pickup at your rental property at no charge.
- The home has horseshoe pit, volleyball, tetherball, washers’ boxes, putt-putt area, swings and play area. We have supplies for all of these at the office, if not on location. Please come by if you need anything.
- Firewood and ice provided at the office/storefront for cost.
